2004～2008年我院抗高血压药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解并评价我院口服抗高血压药使用情况及趋势。方法:对我院2004～2008年抗高血压药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果:抗高血压药使用金额逐年上升,CCB和ACEI两类药在销售金额和用药频度上5年来一直是最大的。单品种排序中消耗金额和用药频度靠前的是氨氯地平、硝苯地平、非洛地平、贝那普利、福辛普利、厄贝沙坦、乌拉地尔等。结论:我院使用的抗高血压药与中国高血压防治指南推荐的基本一致。OBJECTIVE：To investigate and evaluate the status and tendency of the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital.METHODS：The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during the period 2004～2008 was analyzed in respect of the drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS：The consumption sum of antihypertensive increased year by year.CCB and ACEI have dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum and DDDs over the 5 years.Amlodipine,Nifedipine,Felodipine,Benazepril,Fosinopril,Irbesartan and Urapidil took the lead among all the kinds in terms of consumption sum and DDDs.CONCLUSION：The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital was in line with the standard recommended by the Guide for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China.
