摘 要:利用化学镀对换热面进行表面改性,获得了表面自由能不同的镀层。污垢沉积实验表明,经表面改性处理的试样与没有处理的碳钢金属表面试样相比,其污垢沉积速度均明显下降。而经不同工艺处理的表面改性试样中,随非晶相含量的增加,抗垢性能表现出增加的趋势。进一步的电化学腐蚀结果也表明,材质表面的微观结构对抗蚀性的影响趋势与对抗垢性能的影响一致,易于被腐蚀的表面也易于污垢的附着。诱导期的污垢附着量回归公式也被总结出。In this study, the deposits with different surface free energy were prepared by the surface modification of electroless plating. Crystallization fouling adhering experiments indicated that these electroless deposits have lower fouling adhering rate in comparison with that of uncoated carbon steel. For these deposits with different surface free energy, the anti-fouling property shows the increasing tendency with the increase of amorphous phase. Electrochemical corrosion experimental results showed that the trend about the effect of material microstructure on the corrosion resistance property is consistent with that of anti-fouling, that is, the easily eroded surface is also easily adhered by fouling. The relative regression formulas of fouling adhesion in induction period were summarized.
