摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱测定禽蛋类及加工品中三聚氰胺的检测方法.以经三聚氰胺标准添加的鸡蛋、咸鸭蛋和松花蛋为代表性样品,优化了提取溶剂的种类、用量和提取时间条件,探讨了直接过滤、正己烷反萃和固相萃取三种前处理方式的净化效果,并考察了测定时流动相比例和缓冲液的pH条件.实验结果表明:当添加浓度为0.20和10.0μg/g时,三聚氰胺的回收率分别为87.6%~101.5%,测量标准偏差为1.6%~2.8%,方法检出限为0.05μg/g.标准溶液在0.10~2.00μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999.利用本方法对12个实际禽蛋样品进行测定,结果表明能够满足禽蛋及其制品中三聚氰胺残留的快速筛查要求.A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of melamine in egg product has been established. Three types of egg product: egg, salted egg and preserved egg were selected as representative forti- fied sample. The type, amount and extraction time of extraction solution were optimized. The effects of three clean up method including filtering, hexane extraction and solid phase extraction were compared. The suitable ratio of mobile phase and the pH of buffer solution were investigated. The recovery of melamine was in the rang of 87.6-101.5 with RSD of 1.6%-2.8% when the sample was fortified at the level of 0.20-10.0 μg/g, and the method detection limit is 0.05 μg/g. Good linearity of melamine was obtained in the rang of 0.10-2.00μg/mL with correlation coeffi- cient r=-0.9999. The method is simple, fast, sensitivity and suitable used in routine analysis,
