摘  要:针对目前所转育成的菜心雄性不育系配组合后不整齐的问题,采用同一轮回亲本,分别回交转育雄性不育甲型"两用系"和"临时保持系"。本文以现有的法国45 d抗热大白菜核基因雄性不育系为不育源,‘油青四九’菜心为轮回亲本,根据"复等位基因"遗传模式设计回交转育方案,采用杂交、回交、测交、自交等方法,对菜心核基因雄性不育"临时保持系"进行回交转育研究。结果表明:经过6个世代的回交转育,得到了菜心核基因雄性不育"临时保持系",其经济性状与轮回亲本极相近,组配的雄性不育系不育度和不育株率均达100%。本试验的转育方法适用于经济性状差异较大的亚种之间雄性不育系的转育,依照此转育方法可以获得与轮回亲本经济性状相似的种质资源。The goal was to resolve the problem of the combination irregularity of genic male sterility in flowering Chinese cabbage. Using the same recurrent parent, we studied genic male sterile AB line type r and temporary maintainer line in flowering Chinese cabbage through back crossing. Based on the Multiple Allele Hypothesis of genic male sterility, we studied the transfer of genic male sterile temporary maintainer line in flowering Chinese cabbage by crossing, test crossing and so on . The genetic male sterile lines transferred from AB fa 45 of heat-resistant Chinese cabbage was used as a source of male sterility and ‘youqing si jiu’flowering Chinese cabbage as the recurrent parent. We obtained a new genic male sterile temporary maintainer line through six backcrossings possessing economic characters similar to its recurrent parent. Genic male sterile lines which originated from the new genic male sterile temporary maintainer line with 100% of male sterile plants and 100% of male sterility were obtained. Our method is suitable for transferring male sterile lines in subspecies having different economic characters. According to the transfer method we should obtain the seed resources which are similar to their recurrent parent in economic characters.
