摘 要:目的了解住院患者护理服务需求,为改进护理服务质量提供依据。方法采用自行设计的住院患者护理服务需求调查表,对391例住院患者进行调查。结果住院患者对11个方面77项指标的需求调查中,总需求在60.00%以上的指标共65项。不同年龄、性别、文化程度及宗教信仰住院患者对护理服务需求中的27项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);不同居住地中有12项、不同付费方式有20项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论住院患者对护理服务需求强烈,而不同类别的患者对护理服务需求各异,护理人员需为患者提供差异性、针对性、个性化服务,以提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore inpatients' demand for nursing service and to provide evidence for improving nursing quality. Methods A total of 391 inpatients were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire in terms of their demand for nursing care. Results Of the 77 items, 65 items were needed by more than 60.00% in patients; 27 items which were chosen by in patients with different age, gender, education backgrounds, religion belief showed significant differences(P〈0.05, P〈0.01);12 items needed by in patients from different residence and 20 items chosen hy in patients with different payment style had significant differences (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Inpatients have strong demand for optimal nursing service, and different patients have different needs. Nursing staff should provide different, targeted and individualized service to improve patient satisfaction.
