299名街头暗娼艾滋病知识以及安全套使用情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解街头暗娼艾滋病知识水平和安全套使用情况,为此类人群预防控制艾滋病提供依据.方法对299名街头暗娼进行匿名问卷调查,收集社会人口学资料、艾滋病相关知识、安全套使用情况等信息.结果调查对象艾滋病知识知晓率为73.2%,但艾滋病知识全部答对率不高,仅为55.2%;安全套使用率不高,最近1个月与客人和固定性伴发生性行为时,每次都使用安全套的比率分别为74.6%和33.3%,安全套的使用频率与年龄、户籍所在地、最近1a是否做过艾滋病病毒检测以及最近1a是否得到免费安全套这4个因素有关.结论街头暗娼艾滋病相关知识还需要进一步的加强,但是要根据她们的需求以及喜欢的方式来进行宣教;要提高街头暗娼自我保护的意识,推广安全套使用率,尤其是提高安全套在固定性伴中使用的比例.Objective To get information of AIDS relevant knowledge and the use of condom among Street-based Female Sex Workers （FSWs）. Methods Using a snowball sampling method, a survey was conducted anonymously including demographic characteristics, so as to provide basis for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS, HIV/AIDS knowledge and the use of condom among street - based FSWs. Results As a whole, the basic knowledge rate of AIDS awareness was 73.2%, but there were some misunderstandings in the community, the complete correct rate of awareness of HIV/AIDS preventive knowledge was only 55.2%. The rate of condom use per sex in the last month sexual intercourse with client and steady sex partners were 74.6% and 33.3% respectively, and there were correlation among age, residence, HIV testing in recent year and accessed to condoms. Conclusion We should strengthen propaganda and education for them about HIV/AIDS knowledge based on their needs and the best way, and promote condom usage, especially increase condom use in sex course with steady sex partners.
