摘 要:装载机具有工况复杂的特点,提出根据驾驶意图采用多种换挡规律相结合的装载机自动换挡控制策略,并将模糊逻辑应用于司机驾驶意图的识别。对ZL50G型装载机进行改装,构建自动变速控制系统,进行整机现场铲掘和行走试验,结果表明,该自动换挡策略的控制逻辑正确,简化了驾驶员操作。V形铲掘作业和行走工况的油耗数据表明,采用该自动换挡策略在降低换挡劳动强度的同时起到节约能源的作用,兼顾装载机工作的经济性、动力性和实用性。In view of the complexity of loader's working condition, an automatic gear shifting strategy adopting combination of multiple shifting schedules according to the driving intention is proposed. Fuzzy logic is applied to the recognition of driver's intention. A ZL50G loader is refitted, and an automatic gear shifting control system is constructed. Field spading and walking test of the whole machine is carried out. The results indicate that the control logic of the automatic gear shifting strategy is correct, and that the driver's operation is simplified. The fuel consumption data of "V" shape spading operation and walking condition indicate that this automatic gear shifting strategy has the functions of saving energy and reducing labor intensity of drivers, thus giving consideration to fuel consumption, power performance, and practicability of the loader work.
