摘 要:以高温自蔓延燃烧法合成的α-Sialon、炉渣、废弃耐火材料等为原料,在流动氮气气氛下,采用原位反应烧结制备复相α/β-Sialon材料。探讨了烧结温度对合成复相α/β-SiMon的相组成、微观结构、体积密度及耐压强度的影响,并对复相α/β-Sialon的耐磨性能进行了检验。结果表明:烧结温度在1450~1550%之间,可制备出复相α/β-Sialon材料。烧结温度越高,生成β-Sialon相越多,体积密度越大,耐压强度越高。所制备的试样具有良好的耐磨性。Muhiphase α/β-Sialon was synthesized from slag, waste refractory and α-Sialon, which was synthesized by self-propagating at high temperature. It was prepared in the flowing N2 at- mosphere, using the in-situ reaction sintering process. The effects of the sintering temperature on α/β-Sialon' s crystalline phase, microstruetures, compressive strength and bulk density were studied. The wear-resistance of the sintered samples was also tested. The results showed that Multiphase α/β-Sialon could be synthesized when the sintering temperature was between 1 450℃ and 1 550℃. The higher the temperature was, the more β-Sialon phase it produced with higher bulk density and higher compressive strength. The samples prepared possessed good wear-resistance.
