摘　　要：以Unix/Linux为核心的日立RS90系列操作系统自身没有完善的磁盘空间溢出处理机制。通过分析查找了磁盘空间溢出原因,以建立系统全局工作表和特定任务交互为手段,完善了应用任务的文件生成和生存周期管理,有效防止了磁盘溢出现象再次发生;并建立了有效的备份策略,保证了历史数据的完整性,为系统和生产的稳定运行提供了前提条件。The Hitachi RS90 realtime operation system based on Unix/Linux doesn＇t have a perfect handling mechanism for disk overflow. Through analyzing and searching for the origin of disk overflow, the file creation and the existence period management of the application tasks were improved by means of creating a global systematic work table and specific task interaction. It can prevent disk overflow effectively and create a backup file, so as to guarantee the integrity of the historic data. It is also the promise of stable operation of the system and production.
