摘　　要：以Wright′s和Giemsa双重染色法对条石鲷外周血液有形成分的形态进行观察研究,观察到的外周血细胞可分为红细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和血栓细胞,未发现嗜酸性和嗜碱性粒细胞.各类血细胞从大到小依次为:单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、红细胞、淋巴细胞、血栓细胞.白细胞中,淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和血栓细胞所占百分比分别为36.03%、26.97%、11.86%和25.14%.在外周血液中还观察到核影、未成熟和正在分裂、降解的红细胞以及正在分裂的血栓细胞.The peripheral blood ceils of striped beakperch （Oplegnathus fasciatus） were morphologically described. For morphology, Wright＇s and Giemsa were used, Differential leucocytes counts and sizes of all types of blood cells were reported. On the stained smears, five major cell types were recognized： erythroeyte, lymphocyte, monocyte, neutrophil and thromboeyte. However, eosino- philic granulocyte and basophilic granulocyte were not found in blood smears. Among these ceils, the size from large to small follows the order of monocyte, neutrophil, erythrocyte, lymphocyte and thromboeyte. The percentages of lymphocyte, monocyte, neutrophil and thrombocyte were 36.03%, 26.97%, 11.86% and 25.14%, respectively. In addition, some nuclei shade of erythrocytes, immature, direct dividing and disaggrega-tire erythrocytes as wen as direct dividing thrombocytes could be observed.
