摘　　要：对莲子挤压式机械脱壳机理进行了研究,结果表明在莲子根部切割出适当的割痕后进行挤压就可以实现莲子的机械脱壳,脱壳效果好,果仁完好率高.The mechanism of lotus machinery-shelling by extrusion was studied. The experiment result showed the shell of lotus seed could be easily taken off by cutting a mark at the bottom of lotus seed. It was an effective way for lotus shelling, and the intact rate of nut was high.
