摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病口服耐药现象与血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADA)产生的相关性。方法:将72例2型糖尿病患者根据降糖药治疗效果分成口服耐药组和口服药有效组,检测两组患者血中GADA,血糖及餐后空腹和C肽水平。结果:C肽水平口服耐药组明显低于口服药有效组(p<0.005),血糖水平口服耐药组明显高于口服药有效组(p<0.001),口服耐药组GADA检出率明显高于口服药有效组(p<0.05)。结论:GADA在2型糖尿病口服耐药人群检出率较高,提示2型糖尿病人口服降糖药耐药现象可能与胰岛β细胞功能的免疫损伤有关。Objective:To investigate the relation of orally drug resistance patients with type 2 diabetes and serum glutamate deearboxylase antibody (GADA). Methods:72 type 2 diabetes patients were randomly grouped in orally drug resistance group and orally drug utility group, then we detected GADA, fasting and postprandial blood sugar and peptide C of the patients. Results:The level of peptide C of orally drug resistance group is lower than that of orally drug utility group( p 〈 0. 005 ). The blood sugar level of orally drug resistance group is higher than that of orally drug utility group( p 〈 0.001 ). GADA - detected rate in orally drug resistance group is obviously higher than that of orally drug utility group ( p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: GADA - detected rate in orally drug resistance group is obviously higher hint that orally drug resistance in type 2 diabetes maybe relate to immune impairment of beta cell of islet.
