摘　　要：以云南省龙陵县一个合作医疗试点乡的基线调查资料为例,详细分析了该乡合作医疗方案的制订过程及其思路,显示了合作医疗方案中的筹资量、需方补偿、供方支付等措施制订所需的基本数据及如何利用。The Researchers use the baseline data of one township, Longling county, YunNan province and detail the procedure and thinking of making the Cooperative Medical Insurance Plan. This paper shows what data and how to use them in determination of financing quantity, reimbursement to demand - side and paymentsystem to providers.
