摘　　要：本人是DSI公司最大股东,适逢全球金融风暴DSI未能幸免,面临被他人收购和破产的困境。我作为一个中国人深知DSI自动变速器技术属于世界汽车工业先进技术行业,我有能力与志同道合的朋友合作将我国极其缺乏的汽车工业关键零部件高新技术收购给中国企业。本人预言,谁掌握此技术谁就终将站在民族汽车制造工业前沿,领跑我国汽车工业,和世界垄断公司公平竞争。Although the news that Ford will suspend sale of Volvo brand spread like wildfire,it does not prevent the prediction in the popular that the first acquisition brand——Geely will become the biggest winner in this year.As all the Media in the world have been rumors the acquisition of Volvo by Geely this March,Lishufu,the‘crazy man'in the automotive world,has put DSI which is the world second largest transmission company in his bag,smiley and quietly.This is the biggest overseas bargain-hunting stroke of Chinese private enterprises since the financial crisis broke out.In view of the automatic transmission is sorely lacking high-tech parts in China's automotive industry,there's no doubt of the gold content in the acquisition by Geely.
