摘　　要：步入城市化快速发展时期后,向环境友好型城市转型已成为北京市科学发展的关键。向环境友好型城市转型最重要的途径是建立以循环经济为重要特征的经济发展模式。本文在分析北京市推进循环经济取得的进展和存在问题的基础上,提出了建立一个全方位满足循环经济产业化金融需求的金融支持体系的相关建议。Entered a period of rapid urbanization, the transition to environment-friendly city has become the key to Beijing＇s scientific development. The most important way to transition to environment-friendly cities is to build a economic development model which important feature is circular economy. Based on the analysis of the progress and problems of circular economy in Beijing, the paper put forwards how to establish an all-round financial support system to meet the financial needs of circular economy development.
