美沙酮维持治疗联合心理护理对戒毒患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗联合心理护理对戒毒患者生存质量的影响。方法:患者随机分为心理护理干预组与对照组,所有患者均给予美沙酮维持治疗,心理护理干预组同时给予心理干预。比较两组患者治疗后的生存质量变化。结果:两组戒毒患者接受美沙酮维持治疗后,生存质量均有明显改善(P<0.01),心理护理干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:美沙酮维持治疗联合心理护理可更好地改善戒毒患者的生存质量。Objective：To learn the influence of methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） combined with psychological care on patients’ quality of life. Methods：Patients were divided into two groups （psychological care intervention group and control group）. All patients accepted MMT,but intervention group accepted psychological care simultaneously. The quality of life of all patients was evaluated with Quality of Life for Drug Addicts （QOL-DA）,and the results of the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment,the quality of life in both groups improved markedly（P 〈0.01 ）, but the intervention group had greater improvement than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： MMT combined with psychological care can do better in the improvement of patients＇ quality of life.
