摘 要:针对30CrMnSiA等高强度合金钢调质后的加工性能差和刀具使用寿命短的生产实际问题,经过对刀具的设计、制造以及30CrMnSiA弹性淬火后精加工工艺等方面的生产调研,论述了碳化钛含量高达25%的高碳化钛新性能钽铌硬质合金材料D1#的研制过程。在合金成分组成上通过提高碳化钛含量、优化固溶体相和黏结相、细化晶粒度使D1#新材料具有适当的强度和较高的耐磨性,另外新材料刀片采用机夹刀片,避免了高碳化钛新性能钽铌硬质合金焊接刀片强度低易产生裂纹报废的缺陷,并充分发挥了高碳化钛钽铌硬质合金材料的耐磨性的优势,是一种适合加工30CrMnSiA等高强度合金钢的新性能硬质合金。Aiming at the problems of cemented carbide used in 30CrMnSiA high-strength alloy steel processing such as low processing properties and short service life, this paper studies the production process of high carbonized titanium tantalum-niobium hard alloy D1# upon elaborate investigations of cutlery design and production as well as finishing technique upon 30CrMnSiA's elastic quench. The measures of increasing carbonized titanium contents, optimizing solid solution phase and bonding phase, refining crystal size result to appropriate strength and high wear resistance of the new material D1#. The adoption of mechanical clamped blade avoids the strong-liable cracking defects of welding blade made by high carbonized titanium tantalum- niobium hard alloy. Thus, D1# is a kind of high-strength hard alloy due to its good wear-resistance.
