热球子宫内膜去除术治疗功能失调性子宫出血51例护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理在热球子宫内膜去除术治疗功能失调性子宫出血中的作用。方法对我院2007年6月—2008年6月行热球子宫内膜去除术治疗的51例功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果51例患者经热球子宫内膜去除术治疗,配合宫腔镜检查,适时临床护理,手术效果满意,治疗有效率达96.1%,护理安全,无并发症。结论医护密切配合是热球子宫内膜去除术成功的关键,对患者治疗前后做好细致周到的护理,确保设备器械功能完好,是手术成功、防止并发症、提高治疗效果的重要保证。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical care for patients with metropathia hemorrhagica who underwent thermal endometrial ablation. Methods The clinical nursing data of 51 patients with metropathia hemorrhagica, who were treated with thermal endometrial ablation from June 2007 to June 2008, were retrospectively analyzed Results The operation results for 51 patients underwent thermal endometrial ablation with accessory hysteroscopy and timely clinical care, were satisfactory, with a effective rate of 96. 1%, and with no complication. Conclusion Close cooperation between doctor and nurse is the key for a successful thermal endometrial ablation. Deliberate care before and after operation and ensured perfect function of the equipment are the essential guarantee of successful operation, avoiding complication, and improving therapeutic efficacy.
