摘　　要：社区卫生信息化是促进社区卫生工作发展的重要因素。本研究对北京市社区卫生信息系统应用状况进行描述,指出原社区卫生信息系统存在的主要问题,同时提出以健康档案为核心、体现社区卫生六位一体功能、方便医务人员操作及适应社区卫生管理者需求的北京市社区卫生综合管理信息系统功能设计构想。Information system plays important role in the development of community health service. Here by study on the current situation of application of community health information system, we fined the major problems present in information system of community health, ahd thus put forward a functional design concept of comprehensive management information system in Beijing community health service, which takes health record as the core, embodying the 6 in 1 community health service function, being convenient for the medical staff to operate, and meeting the demands for community health administrators.
