摘　　要：近年来，随着高等教育大众化程度的不断推进，大学生就业问题的严重性日益凸显。目前，由于长时期传统教育模式的历史惯性，现有的大学生就业指导工作模式不完全能够满足大学生可持续发展的需求。本研究主要以一种自主的学生主体性理念，探讨大学生职业发展辅导体系的组织模式、课程模式和运行模式。In recent years, with the degree of mass higher education, the college students＇ employment become seriousness. At present, with the traditional mode of education inertia, the existing mode of career guidance mode do not fully able to meet the needs of sustainable development in college students. The purpose of this study through a student＇s self-concept, and strengthen these students, to reveal the college students＇ career development guidance system mode, and its＇ organization mode, course mode and operational mode.
