摘　　要：文章具体阐述了我国基层图书馆服务存在的问题,分析了这些问题产生的原因,并提出了解决问题的对策与建议。This paper speifically relates the problems of primary public library in china, analyses the reasons, then puts forward propositions and means on how to solve the problems of primany public library.
