补肾化浊胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病105例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察制剂补肾化浊胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将208例DN患者随机分为两组,两组患者均给予控制饮食、控制血糖、控制血压等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用本院口服制剂补肾化浊胶囊,连用6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、尿蛋白的变化情况,并判断临床疗效。结果治疗组在治疗后尿清蛋白排泄率、24h尿蛋白定量与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿清蛋白排泄率与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿清蛋白排泄率〔(0.8±0.7)g,(163±76)μg/min〕与对照组〔(1.1±0.8)g,(187±80)μg/min〕比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状积分〔(5.2±0.9)分〕与对照组〔(10.3±2.4)分〕比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后显效41例,有效35例,无效29例;对照组显效29例,有效9例,无效65例,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾化浊胶囊可改善DN患者的临床症状、降低尿蛋白,具有滋阴补肾、益气健脾之功效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huazhuo Capsules on diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods Two hundred eight DN patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Both were given conventional therapies such as control of diet, blood glucose and blood pressure, etc. Therapy group were given additional oral Bushen Huazhuo Capsules based on conventional treatment, 6 months. The symptom integrals of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and changes of urine protein before or after treatment were compared, and clinical effects were determined in 2 groups. Results There was significant difference in urinary albumin excretion rate and 24 h urinary protein between post - and pre - treatment in therapy group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but there was not in control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The 24 h urinary protein and urinary albumin excretion were lower in therapy group （0. 8 ±0. 7 g, 163 ±76μg/min, respectively） than in control （1.1±0. 8 g, 187 ±80μg/min, respectively） after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in TCM symptom integrals between groups therapy （ 5.2 ± 0. 9 ） and control （ 10. 3 ±2.4） after treatment （P 〈0. 05）. Marked effect was noted in 41 patient, effect in 35, no effect 29 in therapy group, and 29, 9, 65, respectively, in control, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Bushen Huazhuo capsules can improve the clinical symptoms and lower urinary protein in DN patients, with the efficacy of nourishing yin and kidney, supplementing qi to invigorate the spleen.
