摘 要:在阐述盐膏层蠕变规律的基础上,对某油田X区块盐膏层蠕变进行分析,利用有限差分模拟计算软件建立计算模型,通过数值模拟计算得出在不同钻井液密度下井眼缩径率随井深的变化规律,并绘制出盐膏层岩段不同缩径率下的钻井液密度图版,从而确定了顺利钻穿该区块盐膏层的合理钻井液密度。Drilling the evaporite beds was one of the major technical problems in drilling project.The determination of reasonable mud density was the key to successfully carry out the evaporate-bed drilling.The shrinkage of borehole was induced by plastic deformation.On the basis of denoting the rules of creep deformation of evaporate-bed,the creep deformation in Block X in a certain oilfield was analyzed,a model was established By using finite difference simulation software to calculate reducing rate which was changed with the increase of well depth at different densities by numerical simulation,and a chartboard of mud density was mapped for evaporite beds under different reducing rates,thus a reasonable density of the mud is determined for drilling the evaporite beds of this block successfully.
