摘  要:采用浊度法对聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)浓度进行检测,分别讨论了反应时间、波长、温度等对吸光度的影响,确定了测试的最佳条件:温度为18~25℃,波长为470nm,反应时间为20min。通过引入油田不同地层水,考查了不同水质及不同价位金属离子对测定的影响,发现Al3+对于测定影响较大。针对不同矿化度的地层水和不同被测聚丙烯酰胺浓度范围做相应的标准曲线。试验结果表明,该方法检测的HPAM浓度范围宽、精确度高、重现性好。The concentration of HPAM was detected by using the turbidity method.According to the results of experiments,the factors such as the react time,wave length,temperature,which influenced the absorbency were analyzed The best test conditions are determined as:temperature is 18~25℃,wave length is 470nm,react time is 20min.By introducing different formation waters from oilfield,the effects of different water qualities and trivalence metal ions were investigated,of which the detection was highly influenced by Al3+.A Typical curve was plotted in consideration of the formation water with different salinities and different ranges polyacrylamide concentration detection.The results show that the range of concentration of HPAM detected by using this method is wide,the precision is high,and the reproducibility is good.
