摘　　要：[目的]为了解桂林市孕产妇HIV和梅毒感染情况．为阻断艾滋病母婴传播提供科学依据。[结果]2008年4～5月对初次到哨点的442名孕产妇进行问卷调查并进行血清学检测。[结果]监测对象均否认有吸毒或患过性病，10人有有偿供血史，68人有打工史，HIV检测均为阴性，2例梅毒阳性。[结论]今后需要进一步扩大孕产妇的艾滋病性病筛查工作。[Objective]To know the infectious rate of HIV and Syphilis in pregnant women in Guilin, so as to provide scientific evidence for preventing mother-to-child transmission（PMTCT） of HIV. [Methods]442 PRGs were investigated who came to the sentinel unit for the first time in April and May in 2008 by questionnaire survey and serological test. [Resuits]All subjects denied having drug-using or STD history. Ten of them were paid blood donors. 68 of them were migrant workers. No HIV antibody positive is identified, but we identify 2 syphilis antibody positive cases. [Conclusion]We should scale-up testing for HIV and STD in pregnant women in the future.
