2968株念珠菌的鉴定及流行特点分析

摘　　要：对2004年1月1日至2007年12月31日由临床分离到的2968株念珠菌进行分析，菌种分布依次为：白念珠菌2177株（73．35％），光滑念珠菌305株（10．28％），克柔念珠菌253株（8．52％），热带念珠菌132株（4．45％），葡萄牙念珠菌66株（2．22％），近平滑念珠菌35株（1．18％）。在各临床标本中分布的构成比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。念珠菌菌种分布的构成比除2005和2006年间差异无统计学意义外，其余各年度间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。All 2968 strains of Candida species from deeply infected specimens were isolated from Jan. 2004 to Nov. 2007 in the hospital, in which the Candida albicans accounted for 73.35% of the isolates, and the C. glabrata, C. krusei, C. tropicalis, C. portugal and C. parapsilosi accounted for 10. 28%, 8. 52% ,4.45%, 2. 22% and 1.18% respectively. In these 4 years, the distribution of a variety of clinical specimens and composition sections were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The distribution of Candida species and composition sections were not significantly different between 2005 and 2006, the rest interannual comparisons were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01 ）.
