摘　　要：产业投资基金作为一种新型融资方式,对活跃我国资本市场、促进经济发展有不可忽视的重要作用,但我国目前对该投资方式在立法上仍缺乏必要的制度供给,以致其难以发挥应有的经济作用。借鉴国际通行经验,探析我国产业基金的设立模式。As a new pattern of financing mode, industrial investment fund plays an important role in flourishing Chinese capital market and fostering economic development. However it still cannot bring greatest economic function into full play for want of the system supplies in legislation. The mode of Chinese industrial investment fund is observed on the basis of drawing lessons from the international experience.
