摘 要:针对超声物料输送中的轻微动态周期接触过程,采用电接触法与激光测振法相结合的测试技术测定超声微幅振动环境下振子与物料试件之间的间歇接触状态。考察了轮廓接触面积及接触界面法向接触刚度对动态接触过程的影响,最后讨论了振子振动特性对动态接触过程的影响。实验结果表明:接触界面上微凸体的纵向刚度差异是决定高频振子与试件接触与脱离的关键因素。Focusing on the slight contacting process of ultrasonic feeding, a measurement method that combines electrical contact method and laser doppler vibrometer technology is adopted to test the intermittent contact, which is caused by the ultrasonic vibration between the vibrator and specimen. The influences of the contact area and the normal contact stiffness on the dynamic contacting process are investigated. Finally, the influences of the characteristic of piezoelectric vibrator on the dynamic contacting process are discussed. For surface contact, it is indicated that the difference of the normal stiffness of the asperities at the interface is one of the main reasons for the aberrance of contact voltage.
