摘  要:针对3种不同结构的平板式横向磁场永磁电机(TFPM),对其"力-位移"特性和定位力特性进行了研究。首先分析了平板式TFPM的结构与磁通路径,对单相通电时的电磁力、磁共能与转子位移之间的关系进行理论计算,再应用Maxwell软件对平板式TFPM的3种典型结构的电磁场进行分析,求得了这3种结构在一定电枢电流下电磁力随电角度变化的关系曲线。通过对比有限元计算与理论分析的结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。最后通过对不同结构的推力特性的分析比较,设计出一种较优的平板式结构样机,并对其做了实验测试。For three different types of Transverse Hux Permanent-magnet Motors ( TFPM), their characteristics of cogging force and force-displacement are studied in detail. First, the structure and the flux path were analyzed. The relationship between electromagnetic force, co-energy and the rotor's displacement when electrified in single phase were theoretically calculated. Then, three typical 3 D structure models of a flat-type TFPM were analyzed by using Maxwell software. The relationship between electromagnetic force and electric angle of each model in certain armature current was calculated, and the corresponding curves are drawn. The calculated result is in agreement with the theoretical result, which confirms the validity of theoretical analysis. Finally, a better structure model of a flat-type TFPM prototype was designed by comparing the force characteristics of different structures.
