摘 要:运用协调理论的思想,侧重于不同类型信息的联系,深入研究了多产品开发项目协同规划问题。建立了多产品开发项目信息交互模型,从而确定在产品信息和开发资源规划的基础上进行项目任务规划的规划策略;提出了DSM扩展模型(Extended DSM,EDSM),具体阐述了基于EDSM的多项目产品信息规划、开发资源规划和项目任务规划方法。应用实例表明这套方法能有效解决多项目任务间的技术与资源冲突,实现产品信息、开发资源和项目计划的有机统一。According to the philosophy of coordination theory and taking into consideration the dependencies among different kinds of information of multi-product development(PD) projects, the dependency structure matrix(DSM) based project scheduling methods were presented. First, the information interchanging model of multi-PD projects was built, and the project scheduling strategy was put forward, which supports task scheduling based on product planning and resource planning. Then, the EDSM(Extended DSM) was introduced, the product-based EDSM and the resource-based EDSM were built. Finally, by integrating product data and resource information, the tasks-based EDSM was established. The advantage of these methods was that the relations among all kinds of information can be managed efficienfly, and the project plans are coincident with product data and resource information.
