摘 要:基于粘弹性理论和摩擦学原理,对粘弹性带-刚体托辊系统在停机后的能耗机理进行了理论研究,得出了输送带的粘弹性特性、带-辊的微观滑动和粘着效应是造成输送机起动阻力增加的主要因素,且微观滑动和粘着效应的增加也受输送带粘弹性的影响。可以通过选配合适的输送带橡胶材料获得合适的输送带粘弹性参数,并结合调整输送带和输送机的结构参数达到降低输送机起动阻力、优化起动过程的目的。Our purpose is to minimize the starting resistance and improve the starting characteristics of a belt conveyor. Based on the theory of viscoelasticity and the tribological principle, the theoretical study of the mechanism of energy consumption of the system consisting of a viscoelastic belt and idlers of a rigid body is carried out after system stop. It is primarily the viscoelasticity of belt, the micro sliding and adhesion effect between the belt and idler that cause the increase of the starting resistance of the conveyor. The rational viscoelastic parameters of the belt can be obtained by using selected mating rubber, so the objective of lowering the starting resistance and optimizing the starting procedure of the conveyor can be realized by making some adjustment in structural parameters of the belt and conveyor.
