管道专用通信网亟待发展

摘　　要：目前国内外电信事业迅速发展,管道专用通信网的现状是:规划不足;业务种类少;封闭落后。提出了三点改进意见:(1)制定“九五”规划。结合管道专用通信网的网络拓扑构成,确定新建长途干线传输技术体制及传输容量,确定传输业务类型,正确规划用户网络建设。(2)调整现有部分长途电路。(3)积极参与市场竞争。With quickly developed telecommunication industry at home and aboard, the present situation of special pipeline telecommunication network represents: first, untimely planning, second, indiversif ied type of business, and third, closed and backward. Puts forward three opinions- (l)Make Ninth Five Planning. Combined with the constitution of network topology for special pipeline telecommunication network, determine transfer technology system for newly build long distance trunk line and business type, plan user's network construction properly. (2)Regulate partial existing long distance line. (3)Participate in market competition actively.
