摘 要:目前原油集输中采用的两管掺热水集输流程存在掺水量不易控制、井口回压高等问题。新研制的降压掺水器利用射流泵将掺入热水的压能转换成功能,并作用于油井井口排出液体,增加其动能,降低压能,从而达到了降低井口回压之目的。介绍了降压掺水器的结构和工作原理,以及确定降压掺水器特性参数的室内试验流程,给出了降压掺水器降压的相关计算公式,通过实例介绍了降压掺水器的射流泵工作参数优化设计过程和现场应用情况。In view of the plnhlems with dual-pipeline hot water injecting process in oil transmission, including the injected wa-ter Voume being hard to control and the wellhead back plessure being high, a pressule-dropping water injecting unit isdeveloped, which adopts a jet pump to convert the pressurc of the injected hot tvater into kinetic force and make the ki-netic foroe act on the pnxluced fluid at the wellhead to redllce the wellead back pressure. The stLrUcture and workingprinciple of the water injecting unit are introduccd, the lah test pme edule for determilning the natuall paramters of the u-nit is presented, lelevant eqUations for calculating the plessule dlnp are offered, and the optimization of the working pa-ramters of the jet pump is demonstrated. The application of the water injecting unit is introduced.
