常规游梁式抽油机改造成异相型抽油机的实践

摘　　要：在对比分析常规游梁式抽油机与异相型抽油机结构参数的基础上，提出将CYJ12－4．2－73HB型常规游梁式抽油机改造成异相型抽油机的具体方案：将常规机的曲柄、曲柄销和连杆，用12型异相抽油机的曲柄、曲柄销和连杆替代，并将横梁与游梁连接的轴承座前移。这样改造既解决了在用常规机配件供应匮乏的问题，又可节约可观的设备购置资金。现场使用情况表明，改造成的异相型机运行平稳可靠，冲程增加7％，相应提高了油井产液量和采油时率，并具有一定的节能效果。Afer a contrast and analysis of structural parameters of conventional pumping units and phased pumping units, a concrete scheme for reforming Model CYJ12 - 4 .2 - 73HB conventional beam pumping unit into phased pumping unit is proposed, i.e. replacing the crank, crank pin and pitman of the conventional pumping unit with that of the phased pumping unit, and moving forward the bearing seat for the walking beam and cross beam connection. Field operation shows that, the reformed pumping unit runs smoothly with a 7% increase of stroke, and production rate and efficiency are improved with a reduction of power consumption.
