银质针导热疗法治疗椎管外软组织疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的观察银质针导热疗法治疗椎管外软组织疼痛的临床效果。方法应用银质针导热疗法治疗椎管外软组织疼痛病人106例,观察治疗前和治疗后1年内病人症状、体征、视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化,评定疗效。结果银质针治疗后1周,疗效优79例,良24例;治疗后2周,疗效优85例,良20例;治疗后1个月,疗效优87例,良18例。治疗后3、6、12个月疗效与1个月比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论银质针导热疗法是治疗椎管外软组织疼痛的一种较为理想方法。Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of silver-needle diathermy for patients with pain of extra-spinal soft tissue. Methods Silve-needle diathermy was used to treat 106 patients with pain of extra spinal solf tissue. The effectiveness, in term of symptoms and signs, was observed before and within one year after treatment and scored with VAS. Results One week after the treatment, excellent result was obtained in 79 patients and good in 24; Two weeks after the treatment, the efficay in 85 patients was excellent and 20 were good; One month after the treatment, excellence was achieved in 87 patients and good in 18. The differences of effectiveness among after one month, three, six and 12 months of therapy was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Silver-needle diathermy is a relatively ideal therapy for patients with pain of extra-spinal soft tissue.
