自学位管理档案看医学同等学力硕士教育的发展

摘　　要：目的通过分析我院医学同等学力硕士学位教育的发展特点和趋势，对医学同等学力硕士学位教育的发展提出建议。方法搜集我院1999～2008年同等学力硕士学位档案，建立相关数据库，进行统计分析。结果我院1999～2008年同等学力硕士学位的授予人数分别为15、52、79、168、205、165、303、162、212、190人，授予总人数1551人。截至2008年，我院已有8个一级学科、38个二级学科招收同等学力硕士研究生，涉及研究方向达152个。其中授予硕士学位人数最多的学科是临床医学和基础医学，总人数达1370人，其他学科授予硕士学位人数相对较少。结论从2002年至今，我院同等学力硕士学位教育规模呈现出快速发展、平稳增长的趋势。其中临床医学、基础医学等传统学科的发展充分体现了我院的传统优势和特色。Objective To put forward suggestions for development of Master＇s degree education for equivalent educational qualification （EEQ） students based on the development characteristic and tendency of its education for EEQ students at Qingdao University Medical College. Methods Master＇s degree files of EEQ students between 1999 and 2008 at our College were collected and relevant database established. A statistical analysis was performed. Results The numbers of EEQ Master＇s academic degree had been granted, from 1999 to 2008, were 15, 52, 79, 168, 205, 165, 303, 162, 212 and 190, respectively, totaling 1 551. Up to 2008, eight first-rank disciplines and 38 second-rank disciplines have started Master degree programs with 152 research directions. Clinical medicine and preclinical medicine were the two main disciplines which granted degrees to more students （a total of 1 370 students） than other disciplines. Conclusion Since 2002, the Master,s degree education for EEQ students at Qingdao University Medical College has been developing rapidly, especially in disciplines of clinical medicine and preclinical medicine, which demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of these two traditional disciplines of Qingdao University Medical College.
