摘  要:目前,漏磁内检测技术对换热管检测鲜有应用,阐述了换热管漏磁检测原理,以有限元数值模拟为手段,建立换热管漏磁检测三维有限元模型。通过仿真分析,得出了缺陷尺寸(深度和直径等)、被测管壁厚度及支撑板等参数对漏磁场分布的影响规律,并给出漏磁场随以上参数变化的关系曲线。数值计算结果为漏磁内检测技术应用于铁磁性换热管检测提供理论依据,对缺陷后续的量化分析具有重要意义。At present, magnetic flux leakage (MFL) technology was seldom applied on internal testing for heat - exchange tube. The principle of MFL testing of heat - exchange tube was introduced, also 3D finite element model (FEM) for MFL testing of heat - exchange tube was established. Based on the testing principle, the laws of distribution of the MFL field are achieved with FEM numerical simulation, which are influenced by many parameters, such as geometric size (depth and diameter), thickness of testing tube and supporting plate, etc. After that, the curves are obtained representing distribution of the MFL field to above parameters. The value of numerical calculation is the theory basis for heat exchange tube inspection with MFL technology, also plays important role in follow - up quantized analysis of defects.
