摘 要:采用电导法测定了10种观赏草在不同梯度高温水浴处理下细胞膜的热稳定性,通过拟合Logistic方程计算高温半致死温度,以鉴定不同观赏草种类的耐热性。结果表明:耐热性强的是黑麦冬、血草、小盼草;耐热性中等的是(从强到弱排列)棕榈叶苔草、棕红苔草、细叶芒;耐热性弱的是(从强到弱排列)玉带草、金边麦冬;耐热性最弱的是斑叶芒、花叶芒。Leaf cell membrane stabilities of ten ornamental grass in gradient temperatures of water bath were measured by electrical conductivity method. Through the semi-lethal temperature calculated with Logistic eguation, heat tolerance of ten types of ornamental grass was assessed. Ophiopogon planiscus Nigrescens, lmperata cylindrica Red Baron and Chasmanthium latifoliu showed the strongest heat tolerance. Then it came to Carex muskingumensis, Carex buchananii and Miscanthus sinensis, while Reineckea carnea (Andr.) kunth and Ophiopogon variagata were weak in heat tolerance, and Miscanthus sinensis Zebrinus and Miscanthus sinensis Variegatus were the weakest.
