银质针导热疗法治疗顽固性颈型颈椎病效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察银质针导热疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的近期临床效果,为颈型颈椎病的治疗寻找一种有效方法。方法应用银质针导热疗法治疗60例颈型颈椎病病人,观察病人入院时和银质针治疗后1周、2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月症状、体征变化,行VAS评分,评定疗效。结果银质针治疗后1周,疗效优30例,良25例;治疗后2周,疗效优49例,良9例;治疗后1个月,疗效优53例,良6例;治疗后3、6、12个月疗效与1个月比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论银质针导热疗法是治疗颈型颈椎病的一种较为理想、有效方法。Objective To assess the efficacy of silver-needle diathermy for cervical syndrome （CS） so as to find an effective therapy for this condition. Methods Diathermy with silver needle was conducted in 60 CS patients. Symptoms and signs before and after the treatment were observed and evaluated with VAS. Results One week after the treatment, the efficacy was excellent in 30 cases, good in 25; Two weeks after treatment, 49 cases were classified as excellent, and nine as good; One month after the treatment, the efficacy in 53 patients was excellent and in six was good. The differences in efficacy among those after one month and three, six and 12 months of therapy were not significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Silver-needle diathermy is an effective and ideal therapy intractable cervical syndrome.
