摘　　要：目的总结高龄股骨颈骨折病人围手术期护理经验。方法分析63例70岁以上股骨颈骨折病人的临床及护理资料,根据老年人的病理生理与心理特点,有针对性地预防并发症,进行功能锻炼。结果全部病人的并发症经术前处理相对稳定,全部平稳度过手术期。结论高龄病人手术风险较大,根据老年人的生理特点和心理特点,有针对性地实施围手术期系统护理是提高手术成功率,减少并发症、改善生存质量的重要保证。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture （FNF）. Methods Sixty-three patients with FNF, over 70 years old, were analyzed of their clinical and nursing data. Complication-preventing measures and functional exercise were conducted based on the pathophysiology and psychological features of the aged. Results With proper preoperative management, all the patients kept relatively stable and lived through surgeries. Conclusion With higher risk of surgery in the aged, conducting a systematic perioperative nursing based on their physiological and psychological features is an important guarantee to raise the success of the surgery, decrease the complications and improve the quality of life of the patients.
