医院医疗质量建设的初步探索

摘　　要：目的探索医院医疗质量建设的方法和措施。方法对医院医疗质量控制的做法进行回顾性分析,结合文献进行总结。结果医院医疗质量建设需从规章制度的落实、监察、检测、评估入手,同时加强医疗质量的教育和学习,强化责任意识,加强医德医风教育和学术交流,进一步深化对医疗质量的认识。结论质量建设是医院管理的核心内容和永恒主题,需全员参与,长抓不懈。Objective To study the methods and measures for the construction of better medical services at hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis was done for quality-control practice at our hospital and summarized with literature concerned. Results The construction of medical quality should focus on fulfilling, supervising, examining, and assessing the rules and regulations; strengthening the education and learning on medical quality, fortifying responsibility consciousness, enhancing medical ethics education and academic exchange, so as to further understand the importance of medical quality. Conclusion The construction of medical quality is the core and eternal subject of hospital administration that should involve all the staff with untiring working.
