刍议现阶段高校图书馆对社会开放的原则

摘　　要：高校图书馆对社会开放是大势所趋,文章从现阶段高校图书馆的现状入手,阐述了现阶段高校图书馆在对社会开放过程中应遵循的鼓励引导、循序渐进、本校师生优先、灵活务实、适当收费及依法六个原则。It is a general trend for libraries of colleges and universities to open to the whole society. Starting from the present situation of university library, the article expounds the following six principles for university libraries opening to the society： adroit guidance to the opening according to the circumstance, following in order and advancing step by step, priorities given to the teachers and students of the school, flexible and pragmatic forms of operation and properly charge.
