摘　　要：为生产油田三次采油所需化学助剂，在油田上建设较大型炼油化工厂是必要的。大庆油田设计院多年来从事油田地面工程设计，如何承担起炼油化工厂设计的“总包院”是一个新课题。本文介绍了大庆油田设计院在建设油田化学助剂厂聚合物工程中担任“总包院”设计的实践与体会，重点介绍了工程建设设计“总包院”技术管理的具体作法。Daqing Oilfield Design Institute has worked on oilfield surface engineering design for many years. How to undertake the 'packaged institute' of refinery chemical plant design is a new problem.This article is the practice and experience of Daqing Oilfield Design Institute held the post of 'packaged institute' in constructing polymer engineering,oilfield chemical auxiliary agent plant.
