摘 要:表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)是一种非常有效的表征金属表面单分子层吸附状态的工具,基于SERS理论,吸附在金粒子表面的某些有机物,其拉曼散射信号会得到巨大的增强.本文就是设计了一种基于金标试纸的定量检测系统,介绍了金标快速诊断技术和该系统的设计思想,组成结构,并对HCG试纸条做了实验研究,系统做到了快速诊断,自动检测,并且价格低廉,方便携带.Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) is a very effective tools that indicate the characterization of single molecules of the metal surface adsorption state, and based on SERS theory, adsorbed on the surface of certain organic particles that Raman scattering signal would greatly enhanced. The quantitative detection system that based on colloidal-strips was designed in this article. The colloidal-gold rapid diagnostic technology with design idea and composition of the system was introduced, and HCG chromatographic strips was investigated. The system achieved rapid diagnosis, automatic detection, and inexpensive, easy to carry.
