摘 要:以ICP-AES法测定水样中铜元素为例,分析来自标准溶液配制过程和仪器测定过程的各种不确定度影响因素,建立了测量不确定度评定数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行了评定与计算,当铜的质量浓度为4.1852mg/L时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.0361mg/L(k=2)。The method for evaluating the uncertainty of measurement for determining the content of metal m water by ICP-AES was described. The determination of copper in water was taken as an example, factors affecting uncertainty from procedures of solution preparing and instrument detectionn were analyzed and evaluated. A mathematic model of the uncertainty evaluation of determination was established. The uncertainty components were calculated. When the content of copper was 4. 1852 mg/L, the expanded uncertainty was 0.036 1 mg/L( k = 2 ).
