摘  要:采用微波消解-等离子发射光谱法测定了进口木薯干以及其发酵产物酒精中铅的含量。铅含量在0~50μg/L范围与光谱强度I呈线性关系,回归方程为I=0.16c-0.012,线性相关系数大于0.9997,方法的检出限为10μg/L。木薯干原料及酒精样品中铅含量测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为3.7%和2.8%(n=8),回收率为93.1%~103.5%。Contents of lead in imported cassava and its fermentation product, alcohol were determined by ICP - AES. Sample of cassava was digested with microwave. Lead concentration was linear with spectral intensity in the range of 0 -50 μg/L, linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.9996. Detection limits was 10/xg/L. The RSD of detection results of lead content in cassava and alcohol were 3.7% ,2.8 % (n = 8) respectively. The recovery was 93.1% - 103.5%.
