摘 要:通过自行设计的可视化气泡泵试验装置,以氨水工质为研究对象,针对不同试验工况条件下的气泡泵的性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:气泡泵的启动时间随着系统初始压力的升高而变短,气泡泵液体输送存在周期性,该周期随着加热功率和沉浸比的增大而减小;气泡泵的液体流量随着加热功率和沉浸比的增大而增大;气泡泵的稳定性与加热功率和沉浸比有关,加热功率越小、沉浸比越大气泡泵的稳定性越好。A set of visual pump bubble experiment device was designed and built to study the bubble pump performance in different kinds of working conditions, which used ammonia water as the research object. The experimental results showed that the startup time of the bubble pump decreased with the increase of beginning pressure ; the liquid delivery of the bubble pump exhibited the periodicity, which decreased with the increase of heating power and immersion ratio. In this experiment we also found that the bubble pump liquid flow increased with the rising of heating power and immersion ratio. The stability of the bubble pump also related to heating power and immersion ratio, which indicated that the stability of the bubble pump became better with the decrease of heating power and the increase of immersion ratio.
