摘  要:提出一种小型的电磁发射系统,系统由DSP作为控制器,发射能量由储能电容器提供.采用串联谐振高频软开关恒流充电的充电回路为电容器充电,对单级发射系统进行数值仿真,并进行实验验证.仿真及实验结果表明,参数仿真与实验结果的拟合程度较好,抛体获得的发射力相对较大,系统的效率有所提高.充分证明了所采用的系统方程的求解算法及实际系统的结构是合理的.The technology of the electromagnetic launch is still in the research state, whether at home or overseas. In this paper, a kind of pint-sized electromagnetic launch system is introduced. DSP is used as the controller and the energy of the launch coil is supplied by the capacitor. The series resonant and high frequency soft switching constant current charging loop is used to charge the capacitor. The numerical value simulation of the single stage launch system is only introduced, and then the numerical value is verified by experiment. The experiment results show that the parameters fits the experiment result well, the force of the projectile launch is relatively bigger and the efficiency of the system is improved. This adequately proved that the adopted simulation optimization algorithm and the real system are rational.
