摘　　要：目的了解苏州市中小学校安全与应急管理现状并进行脆弱性分析,探讨改进方法,为进一步开展安全与应急管理工作提供理论依据。方法根据学校类型分层抽样,对苏州市各校校医或安全管理负责人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS13.0统计软件包建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果共调查了173所学校。不同学校安全设施及制度建设方面存在差异,其中安全制度和培训工作普遍较差。46.4%的被调查者认为学校当前最主要的安全管理问题是有安全制度但执行差。结论苏州市中小学校的安全与应急管理现状有待改善,需进一步加强安全制度建设及实施等方面的工作。Objective To investigate the management condition of the school safety and give the fragment analysis, and to provide bases for the management work of the school safety. Methods One hundred and thirty-seven school physicians were chosen by stratified sampling, using the questionnaires that included the inquisition form for the security of primary and secondary school and peripheral environment. SPSS13.0 was used for statistic analysis. Results The results showed that safety device and rule construction were different for different schools. While, safety rule and training work were worse commonly. About 46.4% of the investigated staffs thought that it was the most important problem for safety management that the safety rules were not abided by schools. Conclusion The school safety management and the safety education must be strengthened.
