摘  要:采用加速溶剂萃取-色谱质谱联用法测定土壤中的多环芳烃。土壤样品与无水硫酸钠(质量比为1∶2)混合后,再加适量中性氧化铝,用丙酮-二氯甲烷(体积比为1∶1)在加速溶剂萃取仪上以10.3 MPa、80℃提取10min,用色谱进行分离,质谱检测器进行分析,土壤中16种多环芳烃的回收率为76.9%-101.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%-15.8%(n=7)。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAHs) were determined by accelerated solvent extractor(ASE)-GC-MS.The soil sample was blend with Na2SO4,and the right amount neutral aluminum oxide was added,then the sample was extracted 10 min on acceleration solvent extraction meter with acetone-methylene chloride at 10.3 MPa,80℃.The sample was separated by chromatography and analysed with MS detector.The recoveries of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon were 76.9%-101.4%,and the RSD of determination results were 1.6%-15.8%(n=7).
